Information and purposes
Forms collect your name, work email, company and enquiry. A phone number is also required for demo requests on the promotions page; it is optional on other forms. Depending on the form, you may also provide your website, team size, industry and solution of interest. The language and form source accompany the enquiry. Required fields are necessary for us to respond.
We use this information to respond to business enquiries and prepare a potential project. Processing relies on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and, where you act on your own behalf, on the pre-contractual steps you request. Technical connection data supports website operation and abuse prevention, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, form starts, accepted enquiries and calendar clicks. Contact fields and enquiry text are not sent to GA4. A calendar click does not confirm a booking. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
With your separate permission for advertising measurement, the Meta pixel (940206408634286) measures page views (PageView) and received enquiries (Lead) to assess our Facebook and Instagram ads. Lead is sent only when our service confirms receipt of an enquiry. Meta receives browser and device information, the page visited, the referring page and cookie identifiers, along with the form type, source and language. Our events do not send the contact details you enter or your enquiry text. Advanced matching is not enabled.
With the same advertising permission, our server may also send the accepted enquiry event to Meta through its Conversions API. This transmission includes a random enquiry identifier to prevent duplicates, the acceptance time, source page, IP address, browser information and available Meta cookie identifiers. It excludes your contact details and enquiry text. Refusing advertising measurement prevents this transmission without blocking the form.
With your specific permission for OpenAI, the OpenAI advertising pixel (EpmWYbnNDr9kMwXABcbuB3) measures advertising attribution for visits and received enquiries. The registration_completed event is sent only after our service confirms receipt; this technical event name does not mean a customer account has been created. The pixel receives browser, device, cookie and ad-click information, plus visited and referring page addresses with query parameters and fragments removed.
Automatic matching is enabled in this OpenAI pixel’s configuration. It may detect names, emails and phone numbers in supported fields and send hashed versions to match website actions with ad interactions. Hashing takes place in your browser before transmission; these contact details are not sent in plain text. Your enquiry text is not added to our conversion event.
Recipients and providers
Enquiries are emailed to the Qozens team members authorised to handle them. Vercel provides hosting, Resend sends emails, Google provides analytics, and Meta and OpenAI provide advertising measurement according to your separate consent choices. Booking takes place on Cal.com, where you provide the information needed for an appointment directly.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their privacy information and processing terms describe applicable destinations and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions depending on the provider. Retention
Enquiry retention depends on the time needed to respond, follow up on correspondence and prepare the requested project. If a project proceeds, records needed to perform it and meet applicable record-keeping obligations are retained for those purposes. Information that is no longer needed must be deleted unless a legal obligation or the establishment or defence of legal claims requires retention. Contact us to request deletion or ask about the criteria applied to your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to marketing@qozens.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Service terms
Qozens designs bespoke automation and AI systems for business customers. Services are subject to a quotation and terms agreed for each project. The website does not offer online payment for services.
Requesting information, an audit or an appointment is not an order and does not commit you to a purchase. Scope, deliverables, schedule, price and granted rights are defined in the project’s contractual documents.
