Information and purposes
Forms collect your name, work email, company and enquiry. Depending on the form, you may also provide a phone number, website, team size, industry and solution of interest. The language and form source accompany the enquiry. Required fields are necessary for us to respond.
We use this information to respond to business enquiries and prepare a potential project. Processing relies on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and, where you act on your own behalf, on the pre-contractual steps you request. Technical connection data supports website operation and abuse prevention, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, form starts, accepted enquiries and calendar clicks. Contact fields and enquiry text are not sent to GA4. A calendar click does not confirm a booking. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and providers
Enquiries are emailed to the Qozens team members authorised to handle them. Vercel provides hosting, Resend sends emails, and Google provides analytics after consent. Booking takes place on Cal.com, where you provide the information needed for an appointment directly.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their privacy information and processing terms describe applicable destinations and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions depending on the provider. Retention
Enquiry retention depends on the time needed to respond, follow up on correspondence and prepare the requested project. If a project proceeds, records needed to perform it and meet applicable record-keeping obligations are retained for those purposes. Information that is no longer needed must be deleted unless a legal obligation or the establishment or defence of legal claims requires retention. Contact us to request deletion or ask about the criteria applied to your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing. Service terms
Qozens designs bespoke automation and AI systems for business customers. Services are subject to a quotation and terms agreed for each project. The website does not offer online payment for services.
Requesting information, an audit or an appointment is not an order and does not commit you to a purchase. Scope, deliverables, schedule, price and granted rights are defined in the project’s contractual documents.
